1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Custom or personalized items may take longer due to design and production time.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

We’ll notify you via email if any delays occur.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Canada: 2–10 business days

  • USA: 4–12 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or postal service disruptions.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship using reliable Canadian and international carriers, including:

  • Canada Post

  • Purolator

  • UPS / FedEx (for express or bulk orders)

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped (when applicable).

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Please be aware:

  • International packages may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Customs processing can cause delays beyond our control.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost items: If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international), please reach out so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

  • Damaged shipments: Contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged item. Please include photos and your order number.

  • Incorrect address: Orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error are not eligible for refund or free reshipping.
